Refund Policy

At Drone DMC LLC, we understand that plans can change. Because our services involve scheduling, travel, preparation, and production time, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once a project has been confirmed. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the timing of the cancellation, the work completed, and any costs already incurred. When appropriate, Drone DMC may offer a refund, partial refund, or credit toward a future project at our discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. The more notice you provide, the more flexibility we can usually offer. In many cases, bookings canceled with reasonable advance notice may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability. Short-notice cancellations, same-day changes, or cancellations after travel has begun may result in partial charges based on time, travel, and costs already committed. Our goal is always to work with clients in a fair and practical way whenever possible.

Weather & Project Conditions

Many of our services depend on weather, lighting, site readiness, and safe working conditions. If weather or on-site conditions are not suitable for safe or high-quality work, Drone DMC may recommend rescheduling the appointment. Weather-related changes are generally handled differently than standard cancellations, and we will do our best to find the next available time that works. If a property is not ready, inaccessible, or otherwise unable to be serviced at the scheduled time, additional charges or a rescheduling fee may apply.
